• Mainland 1-2 working days delivery
• Scottish Highlands & Islands 2-3 working days delivery

NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS & ISLE OF MAN

• Free shipping on orders over £500.00 exc VAT
• Orders £250.00 - £499.99 exc VAT - £13.00 shipping charge
• Orders up to £249.99 exc VAT - £23.00 shipping charge
• 2-3 working days delivery

EU & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• We can ship to any country 
• After receiving your order we will contact you with an estimate of shipping costs or please email us at trade@foreverengland.com for a quote.
• Please note, all local taxes and duties must be paid for by the recipient.

RETURNS / ORDER DISCREPANCIES

• Any discrepancies such as missing items or faults must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are unable to resolve any discrepancies reported after this time unless the product is faulty.
• Faulty goods will either be replaced or a credit note will be processed once the goods have been returned to us.
• If you decide after receiving your goods that you do not want them, they can be returned at your own cost or we can provide an uplift quote. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the total order value will be charged at our discretion. This and any return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
